The first day of the West Bend School District 2026-2027 school year for grades K-12 is Tuesday, September 1. The first day for the Early Learning Program is Tuesday, September 8. If you have additional questions about the school or school year, please contact your child's school(s).

Back-to-School Registration

What is the first step to a successful school year? Completing back-to-school registration!

Please complete registration for the 2026-2027 school year for each returning student by Friday, August 7. This information is critical for the schools to have a smooth opening. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Registration: Go to Skyward Family Access and follow these instructions to complete registration. Please make sure all sections are completed.

Busing: Please complete registration so GoRiteway can get all bus routes for grades K-12 available to view in Skyward on Monday, August 24. Please note: 4K routes will be available to view by Tuesday, September 1. There is no guarantee for busing for the first couple of weeks of the school year if registration is not completed by August 7.

Additional Details

• New this year! A new form is included in registration that, if approved, gives permission to the schools to use an electronic signature through Docusign for permission forms and slips.
• If you are new to the West Bend School District or have forgotten your login information, click on Forgot Your Login/Password in Skyward and follow the directions to get new credentials.
• Paying fees online using RevTrak is available in the registration process. Or, they can be paid with a check or cash at a school. Options are available for anyone experiencing financial hardship. Please contact the WBSD business officer at 262-335- 6193 to set up a payment plan.
• Families eligible for free or reduced-price meals can complete a student costs waiver form to request a waiver of fees. If you have questions about the free and reduced-price meals eligibility, review the website or contact Tom Dembski at tdembski@wbsd-schools.org.
